Outdoor photographer Dave Herrick has been photographing the natural world for many years. By combining his natural resources education and field experience with the skillful use of light and composition, he captures beautiful nature and landscape images.

His images have appeared in Wisconsin Trails magazine, Nature Photographer magazine, Lake Superior Magazine Wall Calendar, the Freshwater Society's Minnesota Weatherguide Wall and Engagement Calendars and in several local, regional and state tourism publications. His photographs have also graced the covers of several trade publications including National Ground Water Association's Water Well Journal, the National Rural Water Association Journal and the Wisconsin Rural Water Association Journal.

Dave uses digital SLR, 35mm SLR and medium format (6x7) camera systems. His photo image library includes images from many locations across the U.S., with a special emphasis on the northwoods regions of Wisconsin, Minnesota and Michigan. Dave makes his home in the beautiful northwoods of northwest Wisconsin.
